Builder Preferred Plans - A site visit enables us to be more effective in the total design concept that you wish to achieve. Our aim is to create on paper the exact home you envision in every detail so your builder can begin with a Material List and Complete Structural information enabling him to give you an accurate estimate. We take pride in our Total Design Packages which assure that the Building Department will get all the necessary details required to accurately describe the building process of your new home.
